Q: How do I deposit my week/s with TPI exchange to participate in the Premier Access exchange program?
A: Simply contact Owner Services via phone 866-219-3976 ext. 100, email ownerservices@tradingplaces.com, send written mail, or deposit online at www.tradingplaces.com/exchange. Remember, your maintenance fees must be paid in full before depositing a week for exchange.

Q: The Preferred Status Exchange program provided us with the opportunity to make exchanges into other select resorts. Does TPI provide us with this service, and if so where can I find the eligible resorts?
A: Yes, TPI is providing all association owners with a similar opportunity, with membership in the exclusive Premier Access exchange program. A brochure is enclosed with this mailing. The good news is that there
are twice as many resorts for you to choose from with Premier Access. The resorts can be viewed at
www.tradingplaces.com/pa or call TPI to request a printed version.

Q: What will TPI Premier Access exchanges cost me when I complete an exchange?
A: There is no exchange fee to exchange within the Premier Access Family of Resorts.

Exchanges into the other 500-plus TPI resorts (outside of the Premier Access Family of Resorts) will be $30 off the public (non-members) cost.

Q: Can I still deposit my week/s with RCI or II exchange?
A: If you have maintained your membership with RCI or II, there will be no impact on your deposits and exchanges as a result of the recent changes at your resort. Please contact RCI, II, or any other outside exchange company that you work with to check on the specific status of your account as well as for any questions on their rules and regulations.
